  • Lead usernames from your Instagram DM conversations
  • Pipeline stage assignments and notes you create for each lead
  • DM conversation content visible in your Instagram inbox (used for follow-up tracking)
  • Timestamps and activity data related to pipeline actions

We use the collected information to:

  • Track leads through your sales pipeline stages
  • Provide follow-up reminders so no conversation goes cold
  • Generate performance analytics for you and your coach
  • Sync your pipeline data across devices
  • Improve our services and develop new features

4. Chrome Extension Specifics

The Settra Chrome extension:

  • Runs only on instagram.com pages
  • Reads visible DM content on the page to identify leads and conversation context
  • Stores pipeline data locally in Chrome storage and syncs to our server
  • Does not modify your Instagram messages or send messages on your behalf
  • Does not access any other websites or browser data

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase with encryption at rest. Our web application is hosted on Vercel. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including API key authentication for all extension-to-server communication.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Database hosting and storage (PostgreSQL)
  • Vercel: Web application hosting and infrastructure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
